When Peter was in prison, scripture says the church continued to pray for his deliverance. He got knocked down and attacked, but He got right back up, knowing that Almighty God was on his side. He kept his faith and persevered. Take a moment to be reminded of what Peter experienced in prison. Acts 12:7, says, “And behold the angel of the Lord came upon him and a light shined in the prison: and he smote Peter on the side, and raised him up saying, Arise up quickly and his chains fell off from his hands. There are four notable miracles here. The guards had no control in this situation, just helplessness. When the chains fell off, the three gates automatically opened and Peter was able to go through the three gates. That was not conincidence, that was a divine intervention. That is what happens when we fully trust God and expect His best and heavy favor in our lives. In a split second, God miraculously changed everything. With one touch of God’s heavy favor, everything changed. Today, a mere happening just maybe is on the way that you’ve been waiting on. I want to encourage you not to give up.God is always faithful and He always wins. Amen
